We opened our doors in January 2013 with a simple idea: serve food you can feel good about, pour beers worth talking about, and build something the community is proud to call its own.

Somewhere along the way, we bought a farm — Hip Peas Farm, growing fresh produce right here in Hooksett. We opened Oscar Barn Events Venue when others were closing. We launched Evelyn Raw Bar, and New Hampshire noticed.
Every award, every year — it's a reflection of the people who show up, prep the line, shuck the oysters, and pour the pints with pride. That's who we're looking for.
